30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Counsl subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at reyansh@counsl.dev and we'll help you through it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation on its own does not trigger a refund — request one using the steps above if you're within the 30-day window.

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
